5. Quotes & Orders

6. Warranty & Service
All products come with a standard 2-year warranty covering parts and labour, in accordance with EU regulations. For warranty claims, contact support@bextech.eu.
The consumer must inform the Seller of any lack of conformity within 2 months of discovery. Lack of conformity appearing within 6 months of delivery is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery.
7. Returns
Consumers (natural persons) have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without penalty and without stating a reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU (transposed in Romania as OUG 34/2014).
Return costs are borne by the buyer. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the return notification. Returned products must be in original condition, with all accessories, manuals, and packaging intact.
This right does not apply to legal entities or to products custom-made to the buyer's specifications.
8. Delivery
Estimated delivery time is 7 working days from order confirmation, but no later than 15 days if the product is in stock. Delivery schedule: Monday–Friday, 08:30–17:30.
The customer is responsible for unloading and handling the goods upon delivery.
9. Liability
The Seller is not responsible for losses caused by website downtime, inaccessible links, or information errors not attributable to the Seller's fault. For detailed and up-to-date information, contact sales@bextech.eu.
Any disputes shall be resolved amicably within 15 working days. If no resolution is reached, disputes fall under the jurisdiction of courts at the Seller's registered office.
