S.C. Bilancia Exim S.R.L., as the author, owner and administrator of bextech.eu, respects the privacy and security of the processing of personal data of every person who visits this website for informational purposes or other operations.

2. Personal Data Processed

As a client or partner of Bilancia Exim S.R.L. (the Operator), the following personal data may be processed:

• Full name (first name and surname)
• Home address
• Personal Identification Number (CNP), identification document details (ID card, passport, driving license)
• Phone number and email address
• Bank account number, IBAN code

Legal basis and purpose of processing:

• Conclusion and execution of a contract (commercial relationship with the Operator)
• Fulfillment of a legal obligation of the Operator

4. Consent

Any information you provide will be considered as your express consent for your personal data to be used by Bilancia Exim S.R.L. in accordance with the purposes mentioned above.

If you do not wish your data to be collected, please do not provide it to us.

You have the right to express or withhold your consent regarding the processing of personal data, including for marketing purposes, without negative consequences related to the execution of the commercial relationship with the Operator. Even if you have given consent, you may change this option at any time by notifying the Operator accordingly.

5. Duration of Processing & Right to Be Forgotten

The Operator shall collect and process your personal data for the entire duration of the contract/commercial relationship or for a period of 10 years (whichever is longer), unless the law provides otherwise.

After this period, you will inform the Operator (in writing) whether it may continue to store and process your personal data or not.

You may also notify the Operator if you decide to withdraw your consent for data processing before the expiry of the above-mentioned period.

Withdrawal of consent operates for the future, from the date of the written notification addressed to the Operator, and may be accompanied by a specific notification of the right to be forgotten, in the event that you decide you will no longer purchase products and services from Bilancia Exim S.R.L. or enter into other commercial relationships.

If you omit to inform the Operator about the withdrawal of consent, the Operator shall continue processing your personal data until the notification is received.

6. Recipients of Personal Data & Transfer

The recipients of personal data are:

(i) The Operator

• For the conclusion and execution of the contract (commercial relationship)
• For the fulfillment of a legal obligation
• For the legitimate interest of the Operator and/or a third party
• For specific information, new product offers, promotions, special offers, invitations to company events, and services - via email, courier, or post

(ii) Partners of the Operator

• Directly involved in the execution of the commercial relationship
• Public institutions and authorities

In such situations, the Operator must notify its partners about the latest decision regarding the processing of your personal data.

The Operator does not intend to transfer your personal data to third parties other than those mentioned above and to which you have expressly agreed.

• Right to object - to object to processing based on legitimate interests
• Right not to be subject to automated decision-making - including profiling
• Right to lodge a complaint - with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP)
